Take over the whole place – the lodge, six cabins and 5 acres – and turn it into your family getaway for a few days, a week or more.

If your extended family has 25 to 40 members, Sunshine Mountain Lodge is the perfect size. Individual families can have private cabins and you can all gather together in the main lodge. The whole place is yours!

The lodge has 2 large rooms upstairs and can sleep 16. The lower level features a large gathering room with adjacent flagstone patio, dining room and a cozy country kitchen equipped with 2 gas stoves, a full fridge and most of the cooking gear needed to cook for large groups. We can also provide plenty of folding tables and chairs.

Play a family game of horseshoes or volleyball, then stretch out on a hammock or swing, or soak in the outdoor hot tub. Enjoy the picnic area with picnic tables and an open fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and singing campfire songs.

If you’ve always dreamed of a mountain wedding, we offer a variety of indoor and outdoor sites for your ceremony and reception with lodging for your out-of-town guests.

Three night minimum stay required
$960/night minimum rate summer, $925/night minimum rate fall/spring
$10 additional charge/night per person for over 32 guests summer, 37 guests fall
Pets welcome - $10 per night fee per pet - please see our Pet Policy
State and local taxes are 4.80% but are subject to change. Also, a 3% credit card processing fee will be charged (to avoid this fee you may pay with cash or check). Gratuity is not included.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for reservation. Then 50% of the estimated total is due 60 days prior to the scheduled event, and the balance is due upon arrival

Example Summer Rate:

$960/night * 3 nights = $2,880 plus tax = $3,018.24 total for up to 32 guests

$10/night extra per person

Booking for 2014 or 2015 - hold with a $300 deposit

25% Deposit - $750 - due January

50% Deposit - $1,500 due 60 days prior to event

Balance plus tax - due upon arrival
